Mike Gillespie

Director Planning and Estimating

Mr. Gillespie has 40 years engineering and construction experience on domestic and international projects primarily for Morrison Knudsen/Washington Group International, Inc. He assumed positions of increasing responsibility, serving diverse project and corporate assignments, most recently as Vice President Construction Engineering/Estimating. As Project Manager he had full responsibility for the $43 million Jackson Lake Dam Modifications/Repair, Saturn Site Rock Grading, Puerto Armuelles pump station construction for the Trans-Panama oil pipeline, and the Darien Gap Highway, Panama. He has managed union, non-union, fixed-cost, cost reimbursable, design/build and design/bid/build projects, all direct hire. He served both public and private clients.

Building on his project experience Mr. Gillespie managed heavy civil project planning, estimating, proposals, and construction engineering from 1989 until 2006.
