Senior Manager of Business Systems & Project Controls
Ms. Arnold is a senior manager with a broad range of project and corporate management experience. She has worked in the design and construction industry in project planning, project controls and support, as well as management and system applications design & implementation. She has supported projects in the following areas: infrastructure, energy, environmental, manufacturing, and mining, in the United States as well as Mexico, Canada, Europe, Middle East, China and the Pacific Rim. She has expertise in analysis; design; documentation; and implementation of computer application systems, also having served as an auditor of such systems. She also developed and administered a training program to teach project control and monitoring utilizing CPM scheduling techniques for in-country as well as overseas training for clients.
